Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, and your controls.
Last updated: June 2026.
The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the Service, and we never sell your personal data.
What we collect
- Account: when you sign in with Discord, your Discord ID, username, avatar, and email (if available).
- Listings: public guild metadata and the settings you configure.
- Usage: aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics (page views, join clicks) to understand what's working.
- Payments: handled by our payment processor; we store transaction records, not card numbers.
How we use it
To authenticate you, verify server ownership, power listings, bumping, reviews, ads, and safety systems, and to improve the Service. We don't sell personal data.
Discord tokens
When you connect Discord, we store an access token (and a refresh token) so we can read the servers you manage. These are used only to populate your eligible-server picker and are cleared when you disconnect.
Cookies
We use an essential, signed session cookie to keep you logged in, and privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure and payment providers needed to operate the Service, and when required by law.
Your controls
You can disconnect Discord, remove listings, and delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your personal data from active systems.
