How to report a server, review, or ad — and what happens next.

If something breaks the rules, report it. Reports are confidential.

How to report

Use the Report button on any server, review, or ad — or the API (POST /api/v1/reports). Pick the closest reason and add a short note.

What happens

  1. Your report is AI-triaged for severity.
  2. Obvious low-risk reports are logged; clear violations are actioned automatically.
  3. Anything unclear goes to a human moderator's queue.

Reasons

Spam, scam/phishing/malware, unmarked NSFW, hate or harassment, impersonation, redirect-only servers, fake reviews or bump abuse, ad-policy violations, and other Discord guideline violations.

You won't always hear the outcome (reports are confidential), but every one is reviewed.
